Processing: Your card will be debited through Stripe upon order confirmation. If a payment is declined (e.g., due to insufficient funds or an invalid card), we’ll notify you by email to update your payment details and finalize the purchase.
We do not support cash-on-delivery, bank transfers, digital wallets, or alternative payment methods at this time. Stripe encrypts your payment information for security, and we do not retain your card details beyond what’s required to complete the transaction.
Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping across the United Arab Emirates, ensuring your products arrive without extra charges. Details of our shipping process include:
Delivery Area: We ship to all seven emirates—Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. International shipping outside the UAE is not available.
Cost: Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of the order amount or weight, as part of our dedication to customer convenience.
Processing Time: Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays such as Eid Al Adha or National Day). You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to ship.
Standard Delivery Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location within the UAE. Remote regions (e.g., parts of Al Ain or the Western Region) may experience slightly longer transit times.
Exceptions: In rare cases, delivery may exceed 7 business days if an item is out of stock at the time of your order. We will inform you in advance via email or SMS if this applies, providing an updated delivery estimate based on restocking timelines.
Shipping Partners: We work with established local couriers and postal services in the UAE to guarantee dependable delivery.
Delivery schedules may occasionally be impacted by external factors, such as extreme weather, peak seasons, or public holidays. If delays occur, we’ll keep you updated with the latest information.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided as follows:
Tracking Number: Our shipping partner assigns a unique tracking number, which will be sent to you via SMS directly by the postal operator or courier.
Tracking Process: Use this number on the courier’s website or contact their support team for live updates on your shipment’s progress.
SMS Notification: Ensure your phone number is correct at checkout, as this is where the tracking SMS will be sent. We’re not liable for missed notifications due to inaccurate contact information.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery at least twice. If you’re unavailable, they may leave a notice or arrange redelivery with you. Unclaimed packages may return to us after a set period, and we’ll reach out to coordinate reshipping or a refund, minus any related costs.
Out-of-Stock Notification: If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you before processing your order, offering options such as waiting for restock, substituting the item, or canceling for a full refund via Stripe.
Customs: As we ship only within the UAE, no customs duties or fees apply. All products meet UAE safety and compliance standards.
